Logline.

Ayan tells the story of an escaped asylum seeker and her baby, who encounter a man on a rural Australian beach, and must decide whether to trust him or attempt the 400km journey to the nearest city, on foot and alone.

The Project

Let's work together

This is a Columbia University MFA Thesis film. We are shooting on location in South Australia's Yorke Peninsula, including Innes National Park, Wallarroo and Ardrossan.

We have received a generous production award from the Leone Family Film Fund and Columbia University, as well as scholarship support from the General Sir John Monash Foundation.

We're very excited to be working with some of Australia's top talent, in order to bring this story to life.

If you're interested in being a part of our production through sponsorship, in-kind support or in any other capacity, please contact us through the link below!
